Hey There, We are a loving professional couple with a 1 year old looking to adopt a newborn in the United States. We are willing to pay all allowable expenses.

Melissa Melissa has been a 4th Grade Teacher for the past 13 years. She is extremely dedicated to teaching and continues to amaze every one around her with her energy, love and dedication to children. Melissa is a great mom to Noah and cannot wait to share her love and joy with another baby. Of course, she will continue to have an undying committment to Chloe, her 18 year old cat (Seth loves her, too!).

Seth Seth has been working in Public Health his whole career. He is a born people person and loves working with people to help them obtain the services they need. Seth is the Director of a Medicare Pilot Project and is looking forward to a time where he can share his caring and passionate personality with a sibling for Noah.

Noah We adopted Noah in December, 2008. He is a happy, warm and loving boy who loves to give hugs, laugh and play hide and seek. Noah can't wait to have a baby brother or baby sister.

Home Study Approved!!

We've had a great year with Noah. He's starting to do lots of great things like walking, laughing and getting around the house. He can point to his head, fingers and mouth, loves to run after chloe and is the happiest baby around. Soooo, that means that it's time for us to start the adoption process again so that we can complete our family. We completeld our second Home Study and were recently approved!

Feel free to contact us at any time if you know of any potential opportunities for us to complete our family. We're looking for a newborn again which will give Noah the opportunity to be a great big brother!

Welcome Home Noah Benjamin Edlavitch

Thanks to some good timing, warm hearted people, and Facebook, we successfully adopted a newborn baby boy on 1/1/09. Noah Benjamin Edlavitch was born on 12/30/08.

We are loving having Noah in our lives. . .and, so far so good! He's a great little guy who is a regular eater and pretty mellow. He's gained a pound since we brought him home and we are so excited to see how he grows. We know he will be running around soon, so we are relishing every moment we have with him as a little peanut.

Why Do We Want to Adopt?

We are a caring, passionate and fun loving couple and have always dreamed of having a family. As a newly married couple in July, 2005 we began thinking right away about having a family. After several months of trying on our own, we learned that we needed to try fertility treatments. Although the world of fertility treatments was new to us, we both embraced the process. Through our positive approach, the first treatment worked and we thought we were on our way to starting our family.

However, when Melissa was 20 weeks pregnant with identical twins she began experiencing contractions and had to go to the hospital where Melissa was given medication to slow the contractions. Unfortunately, though, nothing could be done and Melissa went into labor and we lost the babies. Like any healthy couple, we put everything in perspective and tried to continue to have a family. Unfortunately, as a result of the complications with the loss of the twins, we are not able to have our own children.

We want to build our family through adoption with love, laughter, fun and passion.

If you are a birth parent considering an adoption plan for your child, please contact us. We are looking to build our family through adoption and we welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your hopes and plans for your baby and to see if our situations are a good match for an adoption plan.

Home Study Approved!

After several months of completing paper work, medical tests and interviews, our Home Study has been approved. . .Whew! This means that we can officially start looking for a suitable match to help us start our family.

We'd like to take a moment to thank all of our family and friends for their support, energy and excitement. And, we'd also like to thank those of you whom we've met through this process and have provided us with invaluable advice. Thank You All!! We're looking forward to updating the blog in the future with more positive news.
